Blow molding, is a process used to manufacture hollow plastic parts, trough the expansion of the material. This is make by pressure air on the walls of the preform, whether it is injection-blowing; or the parison, if it is extrusion-blowing.
Blow molding is a continuous or discontinuous process of producing hollow thin-walled parts from thermoplastic materials. For example: bottles and containers. The two main types of blowing are by injection and by extrusion.
The blow molding, is a blowing process in which the preform is a tubular sleeve, formed by extrusion, called a preform, which is closed by the lower part in a hermetic way due to the clamping exerted by the mold parts when closing. Then it is blown, allowed to cool and the part is ejected.
